Step-by-Step Application Process
Apply to University:
* Submit your application and academic documents directly to an EMGS-approved university or college in Malaysia to get a confirmed offer of admission.
Submit to EMGS:
* Your chosen institution will upload your application to the Education Malaysia Global Services portal. You will need to pay the visa processing, insurance, and medical screening fees during this stage.
Wait for Approval:
* The Immigration Department of Malaysia and EMGS will process your application. This generally takes about 4 to 6 weeks, resulting in the issuance of an Electronic Visa Approval Letter (eVAL).
Obtain Single Entry Visa (SEV):
* Once the VAL is issued, you must apply for a Single Entry Visa at the Malaysian High Commission in Dhaka to legally travel to Malaysia.
Post-Arrival:
Upon arrival in Malaysia, you will undergo a final health screening and receive your official Student Pass.
